Drawing on my global perspective and experience navigating diverse cultures, I spearheaded the transformation of Ford Motor Company’s China headquarters. Aligned with China’s Fourteenth Five-Year Plan to boost design, creativity, and innovation, the project prioritized modernizing the workplace and enhancing employee satisfaction.

By introducing activity-based working and fostering collaboration, the environment aims to cultivate a welcoming culture that empowers employees with freedom of choice. Employee experience and well-being are elevated through the addition of human-centered amenities and WELL principles. The design celebrates harmony and hospitality, reflecting the essence of both Ford and Lincoln brands and setting a benchmark for workplace design excellence.
