Czarnowski is an experiential marketing company with 28 global offices. Despite its rich seventy-year history, the company maintains the agility and swiftness of a startup. With a rapidly growing staff to support expanding services, there was a need for a process to manage and monitor office build-outs to ensure brand consistency and cost control. I was responsible for creating environmental guidelines and overseeing the real estate strategy, design, and construction of their offices.  

The Czarnowski Boston office serves as a home base for employees who travel frequently in the event industry, cultivating community and acting as a collaborative hub. It features a strategically positioned kitchen for a warm welcome, along with low-backed furniture and glass partitions to create uninterrupted sightlines and a sense of familiarity. The office is designed to accommodate clients who enter and leave freely, providing hospitable holding zones for impromptu meetings with employees, while ensuring that employees have ample access to privacy for confidential projects.
